The Cost & How to Apply.

The current cost of a provisional licence is €8.54 this can be obtained by contacting Cliff Romano Driving School for an appointment where we can fill out the form with you as we have a English translation, and completing a short verbal theory test at the road transport department at a cost of €5.13. We will also start your theory training at your appointment and give you a "LEARNING HOW TO DRIVE THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO PASSING YOUR TEST IN CYPRUS" Please see theory test Page for more details.

The total cost of applying for a Cypriot provisional and the theory test is  €13.67

If you require our professional services in order to obtain the provisional licence the cost will be €60 this includes the fees to the ministry as outlined above.

The price includes:-

*Pick up and drop off in the Pafos region

*Checking of paperwork / filling out application forms

*Going through all of the signs of the road, while we wait to do the test

*exchanging the theory test pass certificate for the provisional licence

Please note this process normally takes a minimum of two hours from start to finish

Changing Your  Provisional to a Cypriot One.

Due to new legislation, YOU ARE  ABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR PROVISIONAL LICENCE TO A CYPRIOT PROVISIONAL LICENCE. To obtain a Cypriot provisional licence, which you need to learn to take a driving test  in Cyprus, you need to be a have proof that you have lived in Cyprus for at least six months. Details of which can be found on the getting started page. You will also need to take the theory test, details of which can be found on the Theory test page.
